Buzz Aldrin had every right to deck that guy. He was a great hero of the U.S. and that documentary guy was just a sniveling wank. I am not sure why YouTube pulled this video, but by their terms of use, I cannot see why it was pulled. If anyone can find the vid elsewhere please post a link in the comments and I will update it. I am guessing the wank in question was made a fool of for messing with a man who WALKED on the MOON and complained that he was made a fool of on YouTube. Don’t… EVER mess with someone who walked on the moon… Unless you can pull off something like that, or even be a part of some ridiculously complex LIE like that, you do not deserve to be confronting someone and calling them a liar. Buzz Aldrin was a great hero BEFORE the moon and BEFORE NASA… So don’t be a complete prick unless you have something to back yourself up.
The founding fathers were not just a bunch of young bucks with a nonsense university education, so the claim that “this is what makes America FREE” is bullshit in this case… The idiots who made this film were out to make a buck with a piss-poor understanding of science, engineering, and technology, they found the biggest quacks they could and found a few legitimate people and twisted their stories into the video…
Do not believe everything you see from one source… Learn to THINK, STUDY, and UNDERSTAND. Science suggests that the bulk of evidence, and a statistically significant portion of the evidence points to humans having actually landed on the moon in July of 1969. The p-factor is increadibly low. That means that the likelihood that it was due to some random event or some event outside of the one hypothesized (landing on the moon) is very VERY unlikely. People who think we did not land on the moon should not assume their video would make much money, they should not drink water (there is a <.0000000000001 p-factor that drinking any water at all is healthy for you… this means there is a VERY small chance that even one drop of water could kill you.), and probably, if they are such skeptics, they should stop breathing (p <.0000000000000000000000000001(number exagerated for effect)…)
If Buzz requested this video pulled, I respect his right to keep his astronaut/hero image untarneshed by “slightly” provoked violence… but what appears off camera may be more revealing about how much provocation he had. As a former military officer, test pilot, and experience astronaut, I would venture to assert that Buzz has more self-control in his pinky toe-nail than most people have in their entire life. According to the moon landing logs (and Buzz was the primary LM Pilot) it was a hair-raising landing with false indicator warnings and real warnings and he pulled it off. People like that do not lose their cool easily. Test pilots do not lose cool easily. Air Force officers RARELY lose enough cool to become immediately violent towards fellow civilian countrymen or civilian allies. Astronauts only lose their cool to such extent when their psych evaluations were not adequate. PEOPLE WHO WALK ON THE MOON ARE THE DEFINITION OF KEEPING COOL UNDER PRESSURE. Even if it WAS a lie, they had to keep cool. So I would venture to assert that Buzz had been previously prevoked by this wanker. That “investigative reporter” was a total ass, and I would challenge him to challenge some of MY research… and give me a copy of the complete original tape with signed consent and then have him challenge me so that I could post the full interview and exchange on YouTube to show that they are just a bunch of idiots out to make a name for themselves. All they did was make Buzz look AWESOME and make themselves look like sniveling wanks.
I appreciate a lot of “sniveling wank” stuff, but this is beyond pale. Even my sniveling wank friends agree, human beings walked on the moon in July 1969…. “Here, men from the planet Earth, first set foot upon the moon. July, 1969 A.D.” (technically it should have read “A.D. 1969,” but that is just nitpicking…) “We came in peace for all mankind.”
One giant leap… and one tiny punch to a total wank. That dude should have gotten hit with just one of the control jets on the LM… that would have sent him into the next county…
